Cygnus Edge Compute Node
Cygnus is our flagship platform engineered for secure, reliable access to network infrastructure at the edge. Built on a hardened Red Hat operating system, it supports both OpenShift and MicroShift for container orchestration in connected or disconnected environments. Cygnus uses software-defined networking with AES-256 encryption and whitelist-based access controls to ensure operational integrity. The Operating System is developed on FIPS 140-3 architecture to meet stringent government security standards. Its containerized architecture supports modern applications within a Zero Trust framework. Equipped with 8 Power-over-Ethernet ports, Cygnus powers and integrates diverse sensors and optical systems to collect, fuse, and transmit data securely.
